Wholesome Meat and Fish (Fees)
(Amendment) Rules 2001

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 42 of the Wholesome Meat and Fish Act, the Minister for National Development hereby makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1. These Rules may be cited as the Wholesome Meat and Fish (Fees) (Amendment) Rules 2001 and shall come into operation on 1st March 2001.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Wholesome Meat and Fish (Fees) Rules (R 1, 2001 Ed.) is amended by deleting Part VI.
