Variation of Responsibility of Minister for Transport

It is notified for general information that the Prime Minister has, under Article 30(1) of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, varied with effect from 26 February 2018, the Schedule to the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Minister for Transport) Notification 2015 (G.N. No. S 660/2015) by inserting, immediately above the words “Land Transport Infrastructure Development” in item 3 under the heading “SUBJECTS”, the following words:

“Active Mobility Act 2017 (Act 3 of 2017) subject matter”.

2. This Notification is the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Minister for Transport) (Amendment) Notification 2018.
