(No. 2) Order 2021

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 142 of the Road Traffic Act, the Minister for Transport makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order is the Road Traffic (Motor Vehicles, Registration and Licensing) (Exemption for Vehicles More Than 3 Years Old) (No. 2) Order 2021 and comes into operation on 16 December 2021.

Exemption

2. Rule 5(1) of the Road Traffic (Motor Vehicles, Registration and Licensing) Rules (R 5) does not apply to the vehicle bearing the engine number DCB037523 and chassis number WP1ZZZ9YZKDA05558 that is registered in the name of Teng Jun Han Edmund.
