(Commencement) Notification 2022
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Building Control (Amendment) Act 2020, the Minister for National Development makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Building Control (Amendment) Act 2020 (Commencement) Notification 2022.
2.  Sections 2(h) and (j), 36, 42 and 45(c) of the Building Control (Amendment) Act 2020 come into operation on 9 December 2022.
