(Bus Service Licence)
(Amendment) Regulations 2022

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 49 of the Bus Services Industry Act 2015, the Land Transport Authority of Singapore, with the approval of the Minister for Transport, makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the Bus Services Industry (Bus Service Licence) (Amendment) Regulations 2022 and come into operation on 8 December 2022.

Amendment of First Schedule

2. In the First Schedule to the Bus Services Industry (Bus Service Licence) Regulations 2016 (G.N. No. S 33/2016) —

(a)

in item 2, after paragraph (g), insert —

“(h)

2023

$90 for each month (or part of a month)”;

(b)

in item 3, after paragraph (g), insert —

“(h)

2023

$90 for each month (or part of a month)”; and

(c)

in item 4, after paragraph (g), insert —

“(h)

2023

$90 for each month (or part of a month) in 2023 or $1,000, whichever is the lower”.
