(Amendment) Regulations 2024
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 411 of the Companies Act 1967, the Minister for Finance makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Companies (Composition of Offences) (Amendment) Regulations 2024 and come into operation on 9 December 2024.
Amendment of regulation 2
2.  In the Companies (Composition of Offences) Regulations 2015 (G.N. No. S 838/2015), in regulation 2, delete paragraphs (n) and (q).
