Customs (Amendment) Regulations 1996

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 143 of the Customs Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Regulations:

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Customs (Amendment) Regulations 1996 and shall come into operation on 1st April 1996.

2. Regulation 7(3) of the Customs Regulations is amended by inserting, immediately after the words “minimum charge of $7” in the seventh line, the words “for each period of 7 days or part thereof”.
