Notification 2022

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 6(2)(r) of the Singapore Food Agency Act 2019, the Singapore Food Agency makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification is the Singapore Food Agency (Certification Marks) (Amendment No. 2) Notification 2022 and comes into operation on 17 February 2022.

Amendment of paragraph 2

2. In paragraph 2 of the Singapore Food Agency (Certification Marks) Notification 2019 (G.N. No. S 283/2019) —

(a)

in sub-paragraph (e), replace the full‑stop at the end with a semi‑colon; and

(b)

after sub-paragraph (e), insert —

“(f)	the Singapore Fresh Produce Mark set out in Part 6 of the Schedule;
(g)	the Singapore Fresh Produce Mark (Revised 2021) set out in Part 7 of the Schedule;
(h)	the Singapore Good Agricultural Practice Certification Mark set out in Part 8 of the Schedule;
(i)	the Singapore Clean and Green Urban Farms Certification Mark set out in Part 9 of the Schedule.”.
