(Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2024
In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 36 and 411(1) of the Companies Act 1967, the Minister for Finance makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Companies (Model Constitutions) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2024 and come into operation on 9 December 2024.
Amendment of First Schedule
2.  In the Companies (Model Constitutions) Regulations 2015 (G.N. No. S 833/2015), in the First Schedule, in regulation 6(1), after the definition of “member”, insert —
“ “registered address” means the residential address or contact address (if an individual) or address (if otherwise) specified in section 196A(2)(a)(ii) of the Act;”.
