Notification 2022
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Monetary Authority of Singapore (Amendment) Act 2022, the Senior Minister and Coordinating Minister for Social Policies, Mr Tharman Shanmugaratnam, who is charged with the responsibility for monetary policy, makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Monetary Authority of Singapore (Amendment) Act 2022 (Commencement) Notification 2022.
2.  The Monetary Authority of Singapore (Amendment) Act 2022 comes into operation on 21 February 2022.
