Allied Health Professions
(Registration and Practising Certificates)
(Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2021
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 75 of the Allied Health Professions Act, the Allied Health Professions Council, with the approval of the Minister for Health, makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Allied Health Professions (Registration and Practising Certificates) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2021 and come into operation on 27 December 2021.
Amendment of Part V of First Schedule
2.  Division 2 of Part V of the First Schedule to the Allied Health Professions (Registration and Practising Certificates) Regulations 2013 (G.N. No. S 219/2013) is amended by deleting item 1 relating to the country “Ireland” and substituting the following items:
 
“1.University of Dublin, Trinity College Dublin
Bachelor in Science in Radiation Therapy
 
2.University of Dublin, Trinity College Dublin
Bachelor in Science in Radiation Therapy (Honours)”.
