Medicines (Medical Advertisements) (Amendment) Regulations 1996

In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 52 and 74 of the Medicines Act, the Minister for Health hereby makes the following Regulations:

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Medicines (Medical Advertisements) (Amendment) Regulations 1996 and shall come into operation on 1st April 1996.

2. The Schedule to the Medicines (Medical Advertisements) Regulations is amended —

(a)	by deleting “$125” in items (a), (b) and (d) and substituting in each case “$150”; and
(b)	by deleting “$12” in item (e) and substituting “$15”.
