Building and Common Property (Maintenance and Management) (Amendment) Rules 1998

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 23 of the Building and Common Property (Maintenance and Management) Act, the Minister for National Development hereby makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1. These Rules may be cited as the Building and Common Property (Maintenance and Management) (Amendment) Rules 1998 and shall come into operation on 1st April 1998.

Amendment of rule 5

2. Rule 5(3) of the Building and Common Property (Maintenance and Management) Rules (R 1) is amended by deleting “$10” in the third line and substituting “$13”.
