Travel Agents
(Amendment)
Regulations 2021
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 28 of the Travel Agents Act, the Singapore Tourism Board, with the approval of the Minister for Trade and Industry, makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Travel Agents (Amendment) Regulations 2021 and come into operation on 31 December 2021.
Amendment of regulation 9
2.  Regulation 9 of the Travel Agents Regulations 2017 (G.N. No. S 761/2017) is amended by deleting the words “31 December 2021” in paragraphs (1AA) and (1B) and substituting in each case the words “31 December 2022”.
Amendment of regulation 14
3.  Regulation 14(1A) of the Travel Agents Regulations 2017 is amended by deleting the words “following financial year” and substituting the words “2 following financial years”.
