Road Traffic (Re-registration of Motor Vehicles on Jurong Island Bearing Index Mark “Ru”) (Revocation) Rules 2005

In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 34 and 140 of the Road Traffic Act, the Minister for Transport hereby makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1. These Rules may be cited as the Road Traffic (Re-registration of Motor Vehicles on Jurong Island Bearing Index Mark “RU”) (Revocation) Rules 2005 and shall come into operation on 28th February 2005.

Revocation

2. The Road Traffic (Re-registration of Motor Vehicles on Jurong Island Bearing Index Mark “RU”) Rules (R 35) are revoked.

Made this 24th day of February 2005.
