(No. 3) Notification 2024
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Women’s Charter (Family Violence and Other Matters) (Amendment) Act 2023, the Minister for Social and Family Development makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Women’s Charter (Family Violence and Other Matters) (Amendment) Act 2023 (Commencement) (No. 3) Notification 2024.
2.  Section 15(d) and (f) of the Women’s Charter (Family Violence and Other Matters) (Amendment) Act 2023 comes into operation on 16 January 2025 at 12.01 a.m.
