(Revocation) Rules 2022

In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 50(3A) and 180(1) of the Women’s Charter 1961, the Minister for Social and Family Development makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1. These Rules are the Women’s Charter (Mediation and Counselling) (Prescribed Persons) (Revocation) Rules 2022 and come into operation on 30 December 2022.

Revocation

2. The Women’s Charter (Mediation and Counselling) (Prescribed Persons) Rules 2011 (G.N. No. S 535/2011) are revoked.
