(Chapter 176)
Medicines (Licensing, Standard Provisions and Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 1996
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 74 of the Medicines Act, the Minister for Health hereby makes the following Regulations:
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Medicines (Licensing, Standard Provisions and Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 1996 and shall come into operation on 1st April 1996.
2.  The Fifth Schedule to the Medicines (Licensing, Standard Provisions and Fees) Regulations is amended —
(a)by deleting “$150”, “$120”, “$360” and “$240” in item (A) and substituting “$180”, “$150”, “$450” and “$300”, respectively;
(b)by deleting “$70” and “$40” in item (B) and substituting “$85” and “$50”, respectively;
(c)by deleting “$180” in item (C) and substituting “$225”;
(d)by deleting “$900” and “$200” in item (D) and substituting “$1,120” and “$250”, respectively;
(e)by deleting “$20” in item (E) and substituting “$25”; and
(f)by deleting “$12” in item (F) and substituting “$15”.
