(Commencement) Notification 2020
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Criminal Law Reform Act 2019, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Criminal Law Reform Act 2019 (Commencement) Notification 2020.
2.  Sections 3(a), 8, 11, 14, 30 and 169(1)(i) and (j) of the Criminal Law Reform Act 2019 come into operation on 10 February 2020.
