Employment of Foreign Workers Act

1. This Notification may be cited as the Employment of Foreign Workers (Exemption) (Consolidation) (No. 2) Notification.

2. Any foreigner who holds —

(a)	a special pass issued by the Controller of Immigration under regulation 15 of the Immigration Regulation (Cap. 133, Rg 1) and a letter issued by the Controller of Work Permits permitting him to work; or [S 304/98]
(b)	a valid dependant’s pass issued by the Controller of Immigration under regulation 11 of the Immigration Regulations (Cap. 133, Rg 1) and a letter issued by the Controller of Work Permits permitting him to work,

is exempted from the provisions of the Act.
