Citation

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Employment of Foreign Workers (Fees) Regulations.

Fee

2. A fee of $30 shall be paid to the Controller of Work Permits for the issue of a duplicate work permit.

Fee for issue of S Pass

3. For the issue of a work permit designated by the Controller of Work Permits as an S Pass to a foreign worker, a fee of $30 for each year or part thereof for which the work permit is issued shall be paid to the Controller.
