Auctioneers’ Licences (Fees) Order 1997

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 17(5) of the Auctioneers’ Licences Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Auctioneers’ Licences (Fees) Order 1997 and shall come into operation on 1st April 1997.

Fees

2. The fees payable to the Comptroller of Property Tax for the grant or renewal of —

(a)	an Auctioneer’s Licence shall be $150;
(b)	an Appraiser’s Licence shall be $125; and
(c)	a House Agent’s Licence shall be $130.

Revocation

3. The Auctioneers’ Licences (Fees) Order 1996 (G.N. No. S 205/96) is revoked.
