Animals and Birds (Infirmary Fees)
(Revocation) Rules 1997

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 70 of the Animals and Birds Act, the Minister for National Development hereby makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1. These Rules may be cited as the Animals and Birds (Infirmary Fees) (Revocation) Rules 1997 and shall come into operation on 1st April 1997.

Revocation

2. The Animals and Birds (Infirmary Fees) Rules (R 5) are revoked.
