| Citation and commencement |
| 1. This Notification may be cited as the Agri-Food and Veterinary Authority (Food Safety Excellence Mark) Notification 2011 and shall come into operation on 1st June 2011. |
| Certification Mark |
| 2. The Food Safety Excellence Mark set out in the Schedule shall be a certification mark of the Authority. |
