The President of Singapore has delegated the exercise of the powers vested in him by section 91 (3)(a) and (b) of the Act which relate to —

(i)	the approving of the form of letters of appointment in respect of Kadis and Naib Kadis; and
(ii)	the signing of such letters of appointment,

to the President of the Majlis.
