Air Navigation (Composition of Offences) Rules

Citation

1. These Rules may be cited as the Air Navigation (Composition of Offences) Rules.

Compoundable offences

2. The following offences may be compounded by the Minister or any officer authorised in that behalf by the Minister in accordance with section 28A of the Act:

(a)	an offence under paragraph 6(5), 7(6), 8(4), 13, 17(5)(a), 18(5)(b) or 20(2) of the Air Navigation (Aviation Security) Order (O 5); [S 186/2008 wef 01/04/2008] [S 83/2013 wef 14/02/2013]
(b)	an offence under paragraph 10(3), 13(2), 14(2), 16(3) or 18 of the Air Navigation (Regulated Air Cargo Agents) Order 2008 Order (O 8); and [S 186/2008 wef 01/04/2008] [S 83/2013 wef 14/02/2013]
(c)	an offence under paragraph 64H of the Air Navigation Order (O 2). [S 186/2008 wef 01/04/2008] [S 83/2013 wef 14/02/2013]
