Air Navigation Act
(Chapter 6)
Air Navigation (Investigation of Accident) (Revocation) Regulations 2003
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 12 of the Air Navigation Act, the Minister for Transport hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Air Navigation (Investigation of Accident) (Revocation) Regulations 2003 and shall come into operation on 24th February 2003.
Revocation and transitional provision
2.—(1)  The Air Navigation (Investigation of Accident) Regulations (Rg 3) are hereby revoked.
(2)  Notwithstanding paragraph (1), the Air Navigation (Investigation of Accident) Regulations shall continue to apply to any investigation commenced under those Regulations as if those Regulations have not been revoked.
