| Citation and commencement |
| 1. This Notification may be cited as the Business Registration (Exemption of Accounting Firms) Notification 2004 and shall come into operation on 1st April 2004. |
| Exemption |
| 2. The Business Registration Act shall not apply to any accounting firm registered under the Accountants Act 2004 (Act 4 of 2004). |
