| 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Customs (Fuel Tank — Prescribed Place) Regulations. |
| Prescribed place |
| 2. The Customs gantry before the departure bay of the Immigration Checkpoint at Tuas shall be a prescribed place for the purposes of section 136A(2)(a) of the Act. |
