Customs (Liquors Licensing)
(Exemption for “Mr Manhunt 2014”)
Order 2014
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 71(5) of the Customs Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order may be cited as the Customs (Liquors Licensing) (Exemption for “Mr Manhunt 2014”) Order 2014 and shall come into operation on 11 September 2014.
Exemption for “Mr Manhunt 2014” organiser
2.  No licence under section 71(1) of the Act is required for the sale by retail (or offer for sale by retail) of intoxicating liquors by One Farrer Park Hotel & Spa on 11 September 2014 between 6 p.m. and 10.30 p.m. (both times inclusive) within the Grand Ballroom located at level 6 of the building known as One Farrer Park Hotel & Spa situated at No. 1 Farrer Park Station Road in connection with the event known as “Mr Manhunt 2014”.
Conditions
3.  The exemption for One Farrer Park Hotel & Spa is subject to the following conditions:
(a)no intoxicating liquor is sold to an individual below the age of 18 years or to any individual who is apparently drunk; and
(b)intoxicating liquor that is sold is intended solely for consumption within the Grand Ballroom referred to in paragraph 2.
