Order 2011

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 136(1) of the Customs Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Customs (Fuel Tank — Minimum Amount) Order 2011 and shall come into operation on 1st January 2012.

Minimum amount of motor fuel in fuel supply tanks of motor vehicles leaving Singapore

2. For the purposes of section 136(1) of the Act, the minimum amount of motor fuel of a type specified in the first column of the Schedule in the fuel supply tank of a motor vehicle for that type of motor fuel, shall be the amount specified in the second column thereof.

Revocation

3. The Customs (Fuel Tank — Minimum Amount) Order (O 6) is revoked.
