Citation

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Charities (Composition of Offences) Regulations.

Compoundable offences

2. The following offences may be compounded by the Commissioner in accordance with section 47 (1) of the Act:

(a)	an offence under section 5 (6), 8(3) or (8), 9(7), 10(3), 15(2), 18, 25(12), 28(1), 35(6), 38, 39A(2) or 39B(2) of the Act;
(b)	an offence under the Charities (Fund-Raising Appeals) Regulations (Rg 8);
(c)	an offence under the Charities (Fund-Raising Appeals for Foreign Charitable Purposes) Regulations (Rg 2);
(d)	an offence under the Charities (Large Charities) Regulations (Rg 9); and
(e)	an offence under the Charities (Registration of Charities) Regulations (Rg 10).
