| Citation and commencement |
| 1. This Order may be cited as the Charities (Prohibition of Fund-Raising Appeal) Order 2007 and shall come into operation on 3rd May 2007. |

| 2. The Commissioner hereby prohibits and stops the conduct of any fund-raising appeal by Kidney Fund Organisation. |
