| 1. This Notification may be cited as the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore Act (Commencement) (No. 2) Notification 2009. |
| 2. Sections 86 and 87 of the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore Act 2009 shall come into operation on 1st October 2009. |
