(Variation of Entry Levies)
Order 2019

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 116(4) of the Casino Control Act, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order is the Casino Control (Variation of Entry Levies) Order 2019 and comes into operation on 4 April 2019.

Variation of entry levies

2. The entry levies specified in section 116(1) of the Act are replaced, for the period starting on 4 April 2019 and ending on 3 April 2024, as follows:

(a)	the entry levy under section 116(1)(a) of the Act is $150 for every consecutive period of 24 hours;
(b)	the entry levy under section 116(1)(b) of the Act is $3,000 for an annual membership of the casino.
