| Citation and commencement |
| 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Civil Defence Shelter (Composition of Offences) Regulations 1998 and shall come into operation on 1st May 1998. |
| Composition of offences |
| 2. All offences under the Act or the regulations may be compounded by the Commissioner in accordance with section 26 of the Act. |
