| Citation and commencement |
| 1. This Order may be cited as the Civil Defence Shelter (Exemption) Order 1998 and shall come into operation on 1st May 1998. |
| Exemption |
| 2. Section 12(2) of the Act shall not apply in relation to any household shelter or storey shelter. |
