Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 6) Notification 2011
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 6) Notification 2011.
Exemption
2.—(1)  The Minister hereby exempts Resorts World at Sentosa Pte. Ltd. from the provisions of the Act in respect of the “Slots Lucky Seat” promotion to be held from 7th March 2011 to 7th September 2011 (both dates inclusive) at the Mass Gaming Area located at Basement 1 of the casino operated by Resorts World at Sentosa Pte. Ltd..
(2)  The exemption is subject to compliance by Resorts World at Sentosa Pte. Ltd. with the conditions stated in the letter of approval dated 7th March 2011.
