(Exemption) (No. 67)
Notification 2016
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Notification:
Citation
1.  This Notification is the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 67) Notification 2016.
Exemption
2.—(1)  The Minister exempts Marina Bay Sands Pte. Ltd. from the provisions of the Act in respect of —
(a)the “Marina Bay Sands Top 500 — Peel & Win” promotion to be held from 9 December 2016 to 18 December 2016 (both dates inclusive); and
(b)the “Peel & Win” peel-off card game to be held as part of that promotion at the Top 500 Redemption Counter in the Ruby Room, Casino Atrium 2 at Marina Bay Sands from 12 noon on 16 December 2016 to 11.59 p.m. on 18 December 2016.
(2)  The exemption is subject to compliance by Marina Bay Sands Pte. Ltd. with the conditions specified in the Schedule.
