(Exemption) (No. 69)
Notification 2016

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Notification:

Citation

1. This Notification is the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 69) Notification 2016.

Exemption

2.—(1) The Minister exempts Resorts World at Sentosa Pte. Ltd. from the provisions of the Act in respect of —

(a)

the “Gold Bar Draw” promotion to be held from 14 December 2016 to 11 February 2017 (both dates inclusive);

(b)

the “Weekly Draw” to be held as part of that promotion at the Casino Royale Bar^TM (Level B1) at Resorts World Sentosa Singapore at 9 p.m. every Saturday from 7 January 2017 to 11 February 2017 (both dates inclusive); and

(c)

the “Grand Draw” to be held as part of that promotion at the Casino Royale Bar^TM (Level B1) at Resorts World Sentosa Singapore at the following times and dates:

(i)	1 a.m. on 28 January 2017;
(ii)	11 p.m. on 11 February 2017.

(2) The exemption is subject to compliance by Resorts World at Sentosa Pte. Ltd. with the conditions specified in the Schedule.
