(Exemption) (No. 65)
Notification 2015
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Notification:
Citation
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 65) Notification 2015.
Exemption
2.—(1)  The Minister exempts Marine Parade Community Sports Club (called the organiser) from the provisions of the Act in respect of —
(a)the “Marine Parade CSC Inter-neighbourhood Games 2015 — Mahjong” promotion to be held from 13 November 2015 to 5 December 2015 (both dates inclusive); and
(b)the mahjong games to be held at the multi-purpose hall of Marine Parade Community Club from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on 5 December 2015.
(2)  The exemption is subject to compliance by the organiser with the conditions specified in the Schedule.
