(Exemption) (No. 9)
Notification 2017
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Notification:
Citation
1.  This Notification is the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 9) Notification 2017.
Exemption
2.—(1)  The Minister exempts the National Service Resort & Country Club (called in this Notification the organiser) from the provisions of the Act in respect of —
(a)the “NSRCC Charity Golf 2017” event to be held from 28 February 2017 to 14 May 2017 (both dates inclusive); and
(b)the draw to be held on 14 May 2017 between 7 p.m. and 8 p.m. at the ballroom at the National Service Resort & Country Club at Kranji.
(2)  The exemption is subject to compliance by the organiser with the conditions specified in the Schedule.
