(The Japanese Association — Exemption)
Notification 2021
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Notification:
Citation
1.  This Notification is the Common Gaming Houses (The Japanese Association — Exemption) Notification 2021.
Exemption
2.—(1)  The Minister exempts the society registered under the Societies Act (Cap. 311) known as The Japanese Association, Singapore (UEN S62SS0062K) (called in this Notification the organiser) from the provisions of the Act in respect of —
(a)“The Japanese Association Charity Draw 2021” promotion to be held from 23 September 2021 to 28 November 2021 (both dates inclusive); and
(b)the draw to be held as part of the promotion at 120 Adam Road, Singapore 289899 at 1.15 p.m. on 28 November 2021.
(2)  The exemption is subject to compliance by the organiser with the conditions specified in the Schedule.
