(Exemption) (No. 73)
Notification 2014
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 73) Notification 2014.
Exemption
2.—(1)  The Minister hereby exempts Marina Bay Sands Pte. Ltd. from the provisions of the Act in respect of —
(a)the “Christmas Golden Gift Redemption” promotion to be held from 27 October 2014 to 28 December 2014 (both dates inclusive); and
(b)the “Instant Win” games to be held at all Sands Rewards Club kiosks within the premises of the casino of Marina Bay Sands as part of that promotion, from 10 a.m. to 10.30 p.m. between 17 November 2014 and 28 December 2014 (both dates inclusive).
(2)  The exemption is subject to compliance by Marina Bay Sands Pte. Ltd. with the conditions specified in the Schedule.
