(Exemption) (No. 63)
Notification 2013

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation

1. This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 63) Notification 2013.

Exemption

2.—(1) The Minister hereby exempts Resorts World at Sentosa Pte. Ltd. from the provisions of the Act in respect of —

(a)

the “RWS VIP Draws” promotion to be held from 17th December 2013 to 1st January 2014 (both dates inclusive); and

(b)

the draws to be held as part of the “RWS VIP Draws” promotion at the Maxims Club at Resorts World at Sentosa as follows:

(i)	each day between 28th December 2013 and 30th December 2013 (both dates inclusive) at 11.30 p.m.;
(ii)	on 1st January 2014 at 2 a.m.

(2) The exemption is subject to compliance by Resorts World at Sentosa Pte. Ltd. with the conditions specified in the Schedule.
