Notification 2019
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Notification:
Citation
1.  This Notification is the Common Gaming Houses (Tabernacle of Christ — Exemption) Notification 2019.
Exemption
2.—(1)  The Minister exempts Tabernacle of Christ (UEN S94SS0110C) (called in this Notification the organiser) from the provisions of the Act in respect of —
(a)the “Christmas Charity Carnival” (called in this Notification the event) to be held from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on 7 December 2019 at 3 Yishun Street 11 #02-00, Singapore 768645; and
(b)the draws for the lottery to be held at 12 noon and 3 p.m. on 7 December 2019 at the venue of the event.
(2)  The exemption is subject to compliance by the organiser with the conditions specified in the Schedule.
