(Exemption) (No. 88)
Notification 2014

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation

1. This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 88) Notification 2014.

Exemption

2.—(1) The Minister hereby exempts Marina Bay Sands Pte. Ltd. from the provisions of the Act in respect of —

(a)	the “New Members Play & Win” promotion to be held from 1 January 2015 to 31 March 2015 (both dates inclusive); and
(b)	the kiosk games to be held at the Sands Rewards Club counter at the Main Casino Floor (Level B2M) at Marina Bay Sands as part of that promotion from 1 January 2015 to 31 March 2015 (both dates inclusive).

(2) The exemption is subject to compliance by Marina Bay Sands Pte. Ltd. with the conditions specified in the Schedule.
