(Exemption) (No. 10)
Notification 2015
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 10) Notification 2015.
Exemption
2.—(1)  The Minister hereby exempts the Grand Mercure Roxy Singapore (called the organiser) from the provisions of the Act in respect of the “Scratch for Charity & Win” promotion to be held from 1 March 2015 to 31 August 2015 (both dates inclusive).
(2)  The exemption is subject to compliance by the organiser with the conditions specified in the Schedule.
