Responsibility of Minister for Social and Family Development

It is notified for general information that, pursuant to Article 30(1) of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the Prime Minister has directed that, with effect from 9 April 2015, Mr Tan Chuan‑Jin is charged with the responsibility for the departments and subjects set out in the Schedule, and designated as the Minister for Social and Family Development.

Citation

2. This Notification may be cited as the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Minister for Social and Family Development) Notification 2015.

Cancellation

3. The Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Minister for Social and Family Development) Notification 2013 (G.N. No. S 571/2013) is cancelled.
