Prime Minister) (No. 3) Notification 2018
Responsibility for Portfolio of Prime Minister
It is notified for general information that the Prime Minister has, under Article 30(1) of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, directed that with effect from 1 May 2018, Mr S Iswaran is charged with the responsibility for the portfolio of the Prime Minister insofar as the responsibility relates to the coordination of cyber security policies and responses to cyber security intrusions.
Delegated Responsibility
2.  It is further notified for general information that the Prime Minister has, under Article 30(1) of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, directed that with effect from 1 May 2018, Dr Janil Puthucheary, Senior Minister of State, Ministry of Communications and Information, is charged with the responsibility of assisting Mr S Iswaran on the coordination of cyber security policies and responses to cyber security intrusions.
Citation
3.  This Notification is the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility for the Portfolio of the Prime Minister) (No. 3) Notification 2018.
Cancellation
4.  The Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility for the Portfolio of the Prime Minister — Delegation) Notification 2015 (G.N. No. S 658/2015) is cancelled.
